Te3am,

As I have stated many times, over the next few years we have an unbelievable opportunity to take Event Hospitality to a whole new level. If done right we can also finally demonstrate to all that Centerplate is truly the only player in the marketplace committed to Making It Better To Be There for all parties.

This week I had the extreme pleasure of seeing our body of work over last five years come to life at the newly opened Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers.  What a statement we made! The Ribbon Cutting event was spectacular and I’m certain the VIP Gala tomorrow evening will be equally so.  We have certainly made a profound impression on all. Our San Francisco 49ers’ clients and other Centerplate clients in attendance were suitably impressed.

The design and layout, coupled with the operational excellence of our overall program, is second to none. Our core product offerings are the best in the business and the same can be said for our suite and club programs. Simply stated, every fan in the stadium receives the ultimate hospitality experience. We have gone down a path that others will not be able to follow. Our difference will be clear for all to see and will fuel growth for years to come.

Last week in the midst of preparation for these opening events, we hosted a media event for 30 journalists representing the major media outlets from the San Francisco Chronicle to broadcast news.  Interviews with our Chefs Ryan Stone, Ryan Evans and Dinari Brown and GM Zach Hensley were slotted in the first half hour of prime time news slots not just on ABC, NBC and CBS in the Bay Area but in local news coverage in markets as far away as Minnesota.  Local reports and photos of beer lists and menus have been picked up by ESPN, Niners Nation and SportsBusiness Journal.  Jimmy Fallon actually called out the hospitality offering on national TV and Scott Budman, NBC’s Emmy Award-winning anchor stated, “This is the best press event I’ve attended in a long time.  This is better than Apple.”  Take a look at the various interviews and articles are on the website and check back as there will be much more to come.

Excitedly we have the opportunity to deliver the same powerful statement in Europe with the opening of the Atlético Madrid stadium next year.  This will serve to further position as Centerplate as the leader in Event Hospitality, second to none. The reality is that while these new buildings enable us to make global statements to better position and differentiate Centerplate, every day regardless of the venue or department in which you operate, you also have the opportunity to move our brand promise forward so make it happen.

E3 moment of the week is the exceptional hospitality provided by our team at Levi’s Stadium and the hard work and dedication of all those involved in bringing our vision to life at the stadium!

Our future is bright.  Let’s not waste our time on the usual but focus on elevating our game and delivering unprecedented hospitality!

Onwards!
