We kicked off 2018 with the news item of the year: Centerplate’s acquisition by Sodexo is the single biggest development in our industry in more than a decade.
Since then, I’ve had the great honor to bring together many of our new colleagues from this stellar team, showing off the best that Centerplate and Sodexo have to offer. Together, we will change the game in the North American Sports & Leisure market.
We promised that we would provide you with updates regarding the integration and have been working hard to examine our processes and get our workstreams in place for the next phase.
To keep you informed of relevant details and milestones, our Integration Communications Team will gather and disseminate these updates on a regular basis, allowing you to be sure of the status of projects.
It’s essential that we keep a clear focus on our business, minimize distraction, and continue to deliver a high level of quality to our clients and guests every day. That’s why this will be a careful, measured course of action to ensure the creation of value for our shared operations. Accordingly, our teams are committed to advanced planning and transparency—so you can be sure about what’s happening behind the scenes.
