Was able to cost out the majority of all of our recipes, and utilize them throughout our current menus. Labor has been down overall with our seasonal staff while business has grown, noticeably.
Cloudspin went off quite fierce, was able to tame it when it counted. Have been running a very efficient kitchen this season, sophomore year so far in Cloudspin has been a success for sure.
Have not seen too much food waste. Having a warehousing person this year has been an extremely necessary asset.
