In 2017 I set goals to start the year stronger than the prior year and this was accomplished as we had a busy start in 2018 and we successfully made it through as a team in the stewarding department. We have seen people come and people move on but the team has grown and matured. Stewarding Department had no accidents again and this is a great for our team. Everyone has the proper uniform and is aware of company policies. Team members were also promoted and positioned to make the team stronger as each year this has taken place in the stewarding team. Team members know they are important to the team and come to work with that sense of care for their job as well. I didn’t have the opportunity to get to other units this year , but would like to do so in 2019, if schedule allows. I have spent a lot of time reading and watching videos on safety and management as well as sanitation.
