We developed some cross promoting ideas with promoting fun zone and Mt. Grille. We are working on new programs to cross promote our upper mountain and lower mountain businesses.
Recruitment has been our single biggest challenge. Staffing for seasonal jobs in this market / area is becoming very difficult. We got 8 internationals last winter and that worked out good to have our own dedicated students, this year we increased to 10, should plan to increase to 12 for next winter.
First year of business at Funzone has been less than expected. The resort’s attendance expectations are definitely not where they planned. Our party business has not been as good as expected for birthday parties from local business.
