I have recently taken a promotion but prior to leaving I felt I made a huge impact on my goals for 2018. I was able to hire and retain a team of enthusiastic individuals. I minimized unnecessary temp labor and streamlined the check in / work records process to accommodate payroll and team accounting’s needs. I was able to purchase new uniforms and craft a Retail Uniform Order Guide that boosted moral for hourly employees and enhanced presentation to the client. We were able to coordinated custom concepts for specific high end clients like Outdoor Retailers and beyond. Towards the end of the year I worked hands on with our Senior Hospitality Manager to open Which Wich our new retail space at the Colorado Convention Center. We flew to Dallas for an intense 7 day hands on training in their cooperate store at Which Wich headquarters.. Bringing that knowledge back to Denver with me I was able to hire / train 24 employees and successfully open our new business. All SOP’s have been put in place and we are anxiously waiting the new year for increased revenue.
