My 2018 goals were based on RFK, however, in March, I transferred over to the University of Mississippi. Unfortunately, we did not have very many events while I was still at RFK in order to fully obtain my 2018 goals. However, I was able to come back and help out with a couple of events at RFK in June. While at the University of Mississippi, we were able to introduce a coupe of new concepts at our football stadium…the Healthy Rebel and the Stand of the Fan, which did meet one of my goals for RFK. I am still working everyday on my forecasting and accounting skills. The last couple of months, I have been better tracking labor and other operating expenses in order to have a better grasp on forecasting. I believe this new spreadsheet, which was provided by both Darren and Ben has been beneficial.
