I improved my ability to delegate tasks and free myself up to work more with accounting and reports so I can increase my abilities.
Food Cost went alright this year but I was onlin in control of that while I was still at Alabama. Since then I have gone to three other accounts where I have done everything in my ability to keep food cost down in order to maximize profits.
I increased my visablity to all 4 clients that I have worked at this year. This has increased my confidence and ability to have relationships with clients.
