We created a new Suite menu for the 2017 football season but did not created a printed catering menu. However sales were still higher than ever.
We added the hot wing station for the 2017 football season and it was a huge hit.
Menus changed in both club levels, we started serving more snack type items that went over well.
Kaylyn and Virginia both have settled in to their roles well. Kaylyn handles catered events well and almost on her own and Virginia has slowly learned and mastered her administrative duties.
