2018 proved to be a very dynamic year filled with many changes and successes. We opened our new Food Courts to CES and our design proved to be successful in exceeding our top line sales volumes. 2017 had two full facility major Conventions that did not return in 2018. Our team had to quickly determine our break-even point and regroup as our newly engineered Food Courts are expensive in terms of labor to operate for smaller conventions.
1) Top Line budgeted sales were achieved.
2) We successfully launched Catering 2 Go and Exhibitor Pizza Delivery 2018.
3) We achieved Cashman Ebitda, however, we did not achieve this for LVCVA.
4) Collective Bargaining was successfully negotiated and we are waiting on minor edits to be completed.
5) I did my best to actively position Centerplate to win the Raider Stadium Contract.
