If looking at Year end September 2018, goals set in 2017 could not be achieved since the year ended before the season started. If looking at September 2018 through December 2018…. Inventory/spoilage was controlled, but did not see any improvement from prior years. NPO coverage, and the use of temporary hires for events dropped significantly.
Operations manager has not been able to learn accounting.
Staff levels increased, but not up to par. Area leads, kitchen supervisor, and concessions supervisor are still needed.
Not able to create new formats or entice new subcontractors.
