I feel I had moderate success in achieving my goals this year. While I did not get to travel out of the state I assisted ant Sports Authority Field on multiple occasions. I feel that the I have grown stronger in my position as the Garde Manger Chef while rising the quality of the food we produce. My team and I have produced some wonderful custom food items this year inspired by local produce. I fell that I have done an outstanding job being as efficient as possible with regards to hitting our labor targets.
