Due to issues with our W-2 vendor, we have removed all employee access to the online forms.
Please refer all employee to the Payroll hotline at (864) 248-2066 or email requests to payroll.department@centerplate.com to obtain copy of W-2.
Please instruct them to leave their name, last 4 of social or Lawson number, year of form requested & current address. We will then mail a paper copy of the W-2 to either the address we have on file or their work location for distribution. We can’t mail to an address that we don’t have in our records without a signed release from the employee. This is do to the confidential information on the form. Thank you for your continued patience.
We will continue to respond to all phone calls and emails within one business day.
We will post updates if the access to the website changes.

Our current vendor has updated the website:
On the login page it now asks for employees social security number and then their password.
The employee password is their date of birth in the following format (MM/DD/YYYY).
I am sorry for the change. The vendor made the adjustment for security reasons.
The 2015 W-2’s have been uploaded and are available for our employees to access at:

THE W-2 HOTLINE NUMBER IS (864) 248-2066. BEGINNING FEBRUARY 2, 2016, ALL MESSAGES WILL BE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.
ALL EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS ONLINE EVEN IF THEY DIDN’T CONSENT TO ONLINE ACCESS. THOSE WHO DIDN’T CONSENT WILL BE MAILED COPIES ON 1/29/2016.
