- Carry out a site inspection to identify slip and trip hazards

HR Best Practice:
The HR team has been frequently asked about state tax forms and W-4’s as it pertains to HCM. Please note that both these forms (state, if applicable) are part of the new hire on-boarding process. Therefore, no paper forms are required at the time of hire or during new hire orientation. However, if you have state mandated forms or location policies and procedures(*), these are not currently housed in HCM and thus, will need to be issued to the new hire in paper form upon hire.
(*)If utilizing unit specific policies and procedures at your location, please ensure that a member of the corporate HR team has reviewed to ensure it is in compliance with our company guidelines.
As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your District, Regional or Corporate HR team.
