Colleagues:

We have recently had a violation (alcohol related) at one of our operations and the local management team did not notify the appropriate personnel placing Centerplate, its employees and its client at significant risk.

To that end, we want to remind everyone about Centerplate’s policy. All license violations have to be reported to the following individuals / departments within 48 hours of the incident:

RVP

Legal – Keith King with a copy to Suzanne Boger

Risk Management – Brian Walters

Licensing – Terri Antley

Sense of urgency and protocol is required to ensure proper support and guidance from Centerplate’s internal and external experts to help the General Manager and Centerplate’s local and regional management team properly administer the violation to mitigate the liability and exposure.

The reporting requirements pertain to both alcohol related violations as well as health related violations. In addition, to reiterate the policy, the General Manager does not have the authority to sign a stipulation agreement relating to these violations without prior consultation and approval from Centerplate’s legal department.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions and/or comments at 864.248.2064.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Regards,

Brian
