These goals are all related to the Lake Placid Conference Center but I did make significant progress on them before transferring locations.
I updated and reformatted the inventory sheets am implemented standard procedures for counting inventory. I followed up on this by spot checking inventory procedures as it was being done and checking the count of random items against what was in stock.
I developed a contact with several new NPO organizations in the community that were interested in providing temp labor.
I expanded my knowledge of the workings of the POS system and found several errors in how it was programed that were causing sales tax discrepancies. I also change some setting on reports that made entering sales more streamline.
I developed an orientation program for event staff but did not implement it before leaving the account
