-Did complete Training of two New Supervisors, one of which was trained further as an Morning MOD. We did not need a new Supervisor for Zoo Lights this past year.
-The ADS for the 2018 came in at $24.42 compared to 2017 at $21.10.
-A new employee was trained to help with the paperwork in the Office.
-We had a new employee start in the Warehouse and I have rotated the newer Supervisors in there also. I have developed a system with procedures that works and gets things done quicker and more efficient. This includes the Warehouse staff doing “runs” for Product and restocking continuously to ensure no missing product on our shelves.
