In 2018 , my goals were to have an Onboarding Process as efficient , smooth, beneficial-productive at early stage in my Dept. , and to build new relationship within our Organization accross Dept. .It is a unique property that offers to work side by side with our Client and share openly resources toward a same goal . I also had the opportunity to be exposed to cross collaboration with the HR Dept. , our new outlet LOT185 , and also going to US helping in Operations Management for biddings on new potential properties . I felt welcomed ,supported,trained,coached, challenged and am very positive for the 2019 onward .
