I successfully support the Sales/Catering Department – For the year of 2018, I had worked 68 events and I brought $643,374.00 CAD actual revenue to Cerise Fine Catering, with F&B minimum of $357,390.00, and upsell 55.55%. During the former Senior Catering Sales Manager absencet, I assigned to work on large event. Eg. Sales Congress Trade Show (900 ppl with breakfast, plated lunch, and reception). On top of it, I am also looking after Water Party (Landmark, UBC exam with no f&b revenue), at cost events (Exhibition Place event) and CNEA.
I also volunteer to work at Windsor Arms Hotel, the partner owner of Cerise Fine Catering, for the month of July and August to help the front office due to the few front desk agent resigned at the same period. At the same time, I am also looking after some of my client in August (CNEA) and Sept (TTC, Cleaver-Brooks Inc, Advertising & Designing Club). During the month of July and August, I continued my own duties; distributed 2 weeks out BEO, Site Resume, came over to the office to generate the EOC (Event Order Confirmation).
I have successfully maintained a good relationship with CNEA. Recently, I received an appreciation email from Sarah Fink, the Manager of Corporate Secretariat Services to appreciate my support of their last minute events.

Besides my 2017 goals, I’m also assigned to a different role and I’ve successfully achieved their expectation. This year, Cerise Fine Catering has been rebranded and I am one of the administrators of Cerise Fine Catering website. This role required a detail-orientated person to upload the pictures or menus to our website. I’m also looking after the coin design of Cerise Staff Award Program. I volunteered to purchase empty jars for the gift basket and some of the last minute items for the client or missing items for the client.
