I am still learning the ins and outs of HCM and how it works with Lawson and Attendance on Demand. Hiring someone in HCM is very easy for me.
I am continuing to learn the Attendance on Demand program. I am definitely not as comfortable with it as I was with TimeClock Manager. It is time consuming and frustrating.
A 2018 audit was not performed, but I am confident that we are in good shape. There’s always room for improvement with our practices.
