I continue to be 100% committed to my job and responsibilities. I continue to go above and beyond of what is expected of me. EX: 2018 was the second year in a row that I worked both in the office and from home continuous and through my personal vacation to make sure that Google for the CES show was booked and completed in time for services. I increased their billed labor from the 2018 CES show by adding an additional Booth Manager to help manage daily activities. ($3000).
I continue to assist in training new sales team members by sharing my 30+ yrs. of Sales and Management experience.
I continue to upsell product and or service to increase sales revenue. EX: if a client is ordering lunch platters but no beverages, let them know that they are missing beverages from their order and get them to add or, if they are only ordering beverages for the day, ask the question of what their plan is for food for their staff for the show.
