(1) Constant engagement has resulted in assigned units consistently “off the radar” with AR balances, inventory turns and fluctuations, vault fund balances, etc. (2) Configuring a CAR file for San Diego has been accomplished but since they are so reliant on their current, homemade “CAT” system customized by David Lake many years ago, getting them to add this into their daily/weekly/monthly routine is my next goal. (3) Yakima’s accounting practices have been streamlined (operation now supported by Steve Zeigler). (4) Dallas CC has transitioned from retiring unit controller Tom Friedman to Kelli Clower (operation now supported by Joan Vodneck). (5) Joel Letofski’s progress has been ongoing and is on track for promotion with a few more years of experience.
