Attended a training program on the new HCM hiring process. Took part in at least 5 new hires in the new system and feel comfortable using the new system and entering photo ID’s into the 19 tracker program. Some of the bigger events that were booked in 2018 was when we hosted Governor Gina Raimondo on two separate occasions. We shut down the restaurant to become her campaign headquarters which resulted in local news stations streaming live coverage of the brewery and about $6000 in sales for the evening. The new hotel was just completed recently in the beginning of 2019, so that is still a goal to establish a relationship with them. The budgeting and forecasting is still a work in progress, as the new system of how we close our weeks and months changed right before I left for maternity leave.
