In 2018, I improved Centerplate’s working relationship with AEG, University of Louisville, and LAA. This improved working relationship has placed Centerplate in a favorable position to renew our contract prior to December 31, 2020. Over the course of the last year, we have upgraded our concession ergonomic menus by rebranding 7 concession stands ( 4-Farmstead Chicken & Burger Stands and 3-Haute Dog Stands) in addition to adding 3 new concepts Fast Break Self Serve Kiosk, Jim Beam Bourbon Bar, and Fall City Beer Garden. Through these changes and additions, we have improved our overall concessions food quality and we have seen a $1.20 lift in per caps in 2019 during basketball season. Also, I have established minimum requirements and incentive program for NPO groups. This programs has improved NPO participation while reducing the use of temporary labor to properly staff the building. In addition, we have expanded our gameday suite menu by 46% and added portable rolling bars to the suite level. The addition of this new service and menu expansion has been well received by our customers and clients. Lastly, we added additional POS through the purchased of Clover Portable devices and Ipads for suite ordering. The new POS has allowed us to cut down the transaction time and improve our speed of service.
