With the recent release of Internet Explorer 11, the current settings to keep websites compatible with the new release are not carried over from the previous browser. This current version has been tested with Centerplate webmail, Lawson and Ezplanit and has been determined to be an acceptable upgrade version. If you have recently upgraded to IE 11, please perform the following steps to ensure your browser will continue to function normally with Centerplate business sites. If you experience performance issues with other sites you require, please follow the same steps below and enter in their web address.

*This only affects operating systems running Windows 7 and above. Users still using Windows XP will not be able to run IE 11 so there should be no issue.*

For users running Windows 7 or higher, please perform the following:

Step 1. To determine your IE version, press the Alt key to display the IE toolbar. Click on “Help” then click on “About Internet Explorer”

Step 2. The version of Internet Explorer will be displayed. If you are now on Internet Explorer 11, please proceed forward. If you are on a lesser version, you do not need to continue with the setting change.
