The HR team has been exchanging benchmarking ideas and general ways to promote our vision of being #1 in Event Hospitality and thus far, we have been doing a great job if I don’t say so myself! Part of these exchanges included how to get our team motivated and focused on our vision, mission and values. Well, say hello to Motivation Monday’s! Each Monday you will receive a quote, article, suggestion from a field member or a video clip to get you and your team rejuvenated and refocused.
To kick off the start of Motivation Monday’s, below is a link to a Centerplate University video that includes some really great quotes. One of my favorites was “The greatest accomplishment is not in never failing, but in rising again after you fall” Vince Lombardi. It is only a 4 minute video, so please find the time to view and then challenge yourself to view it each morning this week prior to starting your day. Pass it along to your team if they are not included in this email and challenge them to do the same.
