Pay Card Packet Updates – Manager Communication

New pay card regulation rules and processes go into effect on April 1, 2019. The regulation requires that employees must be provided certain disclosures prior to their election to sign up for or receive a pay card.
We will be providing these disclosures via email to each unit. However, action is also required on your part beginning April 1, 2019:
- Verify employees have received the disclosures prior to providing them with a pay card.
- Employees have the right to obtain printed copies of disclosures if requested.
Additionally, pay card packets with updated program information will soon be sent to your location. The new card packets will have a different envelope, so you’ll be able to easily recognize them from the packets you’re currently using.
As soon as you receive your new pay card packets, please return any old pay card packets you have to the payroll department at the corporate office.
Your old card packets can no longer be issued to employees after 3/31/19.
