I learned the Churchill sentiment in jobsite construction meetings.
The construction industry has adopted new semantics: you don’t have problems, issues, or even challenges: you have OPPORTUNITIES.
You wouldn’t think that just a change in wording makes a difference, but it does: makes a difference in how people react/respond, and in jobsite morale.
Reminds me of another quote: “The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem.” –Jack Sparrow
