2016 W-2 Online Access

2016 W-2’s are now available online.
It is that time of year again. W-2’s for tax year 2016 will be available to all employees beginning 1/31/2017. We will be using the same web address, centerplate.greenemployee.com, as was the case in prior years. We have built in additional security features that will make the data more secure. This year, we will no longer retain prior year forms online. The 2016 forms will only be available thru 12/31/2017. Please read the attached instructions for a more detailed explanation of the new portal access and security features. This document will also be placed on Spark.
Please direct employees who are having trouble accessing their forms or require prior year forms to payroll.department@centerplate.com. In order for us to assist employees, they will need to leave their full name, current address and employee/lawson number or the last 4 digits of their social security number. They can also access the payroll hotline number at (864) 248-2066. We will begin returning email and phone messages within one business day starting on Monday February 6, 2017.
We understand that these new changes to the online portal may cause a bit of confusion and questions, but we are here to assist you.

Aloha George, I had all employees that were helped sign permission form prior to assistance.

For those of you who try to find the website listed above, and discover that the domain name is for sale, the correct website is: https://www.greenshadesonline.com/SSO/EmployeeApp/#/company/centerplate/login

Aloha and Mahalo, I helped a number of our employees with W-2’s. It is much easier to assist employees when you don’t need to create an account and password.

Please be aware that when you log into the site that way you are consenting, on the employee behalf, to receive electronic forms. Please make sure that you have the employees permission before you log into the site on their behalf.
