2020 OPEN ENROLLMENT  HAS BEEN EXTENDED!

Open enrollment for plan year 2020 will begin on Monday, October 28, 2019 and run through Friday, November 15, 2019 with benefits to be effective January 1, 2020.  This is a passive open enrollment which means that any benefits you currently have in place will roll over to 2020 if you make no changes, with the exception of spending accounts (HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Combination FSA).  An election must be made for those if you wish to enroll in an eligible spending account.  If you wish to cancel any benefit(s) for 2020 that you currently have, you must login online or call to have those removed for the 2020 plan year.

The open enrollment guides can be found on Spark.  You can enroll online by visiting www.mercermarketplace.com/centerplate or by calling 1.800.974.1262.

While the plan offerings will remain the same as they currently are, there is an important change to take note of.  Beginning January 1, 2020, Centerplate will be moving to Aetna Premier Care Network Plus (APCN+).  This plan is designed for you to get the most from your medical coverage from both a care standpoint and savings standpoint.  It will be important that you are proactive and speak with your healthcare provider, hospital, lab, etc. that you may currently see or may plan on seeing to ensure that they are within the APCN+ network.  More information on this can be found within the open enrollment guides.

    Thank you Naomi.

Commemorating our veterans on Nov. 11 spans our U.S. and Canadian borders. In the U.S., it’s Veterans Day and in Canada, it’s Remembrance Day, but in the end, it’s a day set aside to honor those who serve to protect our freedoms and our countries.

To all military—retired or active—who are part of our Sodexo family, Centerplate and the Sodexo RLC salutes your service spirit. It is with great respect and gratitude to the men and women in uniform that we commit to providing an inclusive work environment where our veterans, their spouses, and family members can flourish.

Please join us this Nov. 11 to remember, honor and demonstrate our gratitude to our veterans whose sacrifice and service supports our Quality of Life.

Tell the World We Remember with #SodexoThanksVeterans

Use #SodexoThanksVeterans and post a picture or message about a veteran in your life, or tell a story of your service or simply say “thank you for your service” on Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn.
