What is served, but not by a waiter; and an ace but not a card?
HR BEST PRACTICES
Reduce turnover and boost morale
When you have a positive culture that accurately reflects your goals and the direction your company is headed, your team can tell. Employees are engaged in their work and understand how their contributions fit into the bigger picture. Communication is emphasized, goals are set and employees are held accountable. Happy employees stay longer, are more loyal to their team and the company, and often become ambassadors for your brand, promoting not only your products but also the company itself as a desirable employer.

Recipe
Rosé Sangria
This rosé sangria with strawberries and a hint of lemon and mint is light and refreshing. Not to mention beautiful. This rosé sangria recipe is not too sweet. A touch of sweetness comes from orange liqueur, but if you would like it sweeter, feel free to add a few drops of organic liquid stevia to taste
Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine (750 ml.)
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/3 cup orange liqueur
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 mint sprigs
- 2 cups sparkling water
- organic liquid stevia to taste (optional to sweeten)
- Pink mini roses for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or beverage dispenser, combine the rose wine, strawberries, liqueur, lemon juice, and mint. Refrigerate at least two hours. Stir in sparkling water just before serving. If you would like this sangria a bit sweeter, add a few drops of stevia, being very careful not to add too much. Garnish drink with mini rose.
