Motivational Monday
Human Resources, Motivational MondayIt’s Assessment Time: a perfect time to set performance goals to strategically change for the better. Remember to use the SMART format: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.
SPECIFIC: Specific goals answer who is involved, what the goal is, where the action will take place, establish a time frame, identify requirements and constraints, and give a specific reason, purpose, or benefits for accomplishing the goal.
MEASURABLE: Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal.
ATTAINABLE: Can the goal be attained? What steps need to happen to get you there?
REALISTIC: Is the goal something that you are willing and able to work towards achieving?
TIMELY: What is the time frame in which you will accomplish the goal?
Happy Monday!

I agree, change is big and can improve the function of not only life but also in an operation. Change must be accepted in order for it to work. This can be done by implementing guidelines, activity, and having meetings, so everyone get accustom to the changes less stressful.

Thank you Mark! It is great to have you a part of the Indianapolis team!!! I was just reading a quote from John wooden and thought you would like it, He called it the five reminders to self; 1. Be quick, but don’t hurry. 2. No opponent deserves to be feared. 3. Every opponent deserves respect. 4. There is no substitute for hard work and meticulous planning. 5. Valid self-analysis brings improvement.
