- How to make sure your hotel loyalty points are awarded to you? When you choose the hotel you want to book on the Egencia site, on the right side of your screen is where Egencia will show that hotel’s nightly rates. Make sure, below the hotel rate, you see “Includes Eligibility for Hotel Loyalty Points”. If you do NOT see this listed and you choose this rate, your rewards number will not attach to this reservation. In order to find a rate that is eligible, go the bottom of the hotel rate list and click on “see all rates”, this will show more rates within this hotel and choose one that states it is eligible for Hotel Loyalty Points.
- What to do if you must book outside of Egencia for hotel, airfare or car rental? If you must book outside of Egencia, in the comment section within the Concur expense item, please note why you booked outside of Egencia. For example, you where attending a tradeshow whereas the hotel must be booked through them, put in the comment section “Tradeshow hotel”.
