Stationery

Business Cards
The front of the business card is to be reproduced in two color, as shown. The back of the business card bears the company tagline in Centerplate blue. No other imagery, graphics, or text should appear on the back of the card.

Note Cards
Personal note cards should be reproduced in 2-color, as shown. The logo at the top and the official tagline appear in Centerplate blue. Personal information is located in the footer in black. All elements are center-justified. Cards may be ordered from Allegra Printing

Envelope
The front of the envelope bears the brand mark and the return address. Envelopes may be ordered from Allegra Printing.

Letterhead
The Centerplate logo should be set approximately 0.5″ from the left side of the page and 0.75” from the top of the page. The margins around the body text of the letter should be approximately 1.25” The Footer containing address and contact information is centered and placed approximately 0.25” from the bottom of the page. The body of the text should be set in either Times New Roman or Arial.
Email Footer 5-1
A standard footer can be included in each email in Lotus Notes by selecting ‘More’ from the blue application bar seen at the top of the email (shown at right). Select preferences from the drop down menu and choose ‘Signature’. Enter the footer information as shown in the window provided. Be sure to check the box beside “Automatically append a signature to the bottom of my outgoing messages” and select “ok”.
The Footer is formatted as follows:

Job Title
Work Address

P (office phone number)
C (cell phone number)
E (email address)

Other Logo Needs

All authorized suppliers have received the appropriate logo usage guidelines and format for their product(s).
Only authorized suppliers, as determined by the Centerplate Purchasing Department, should be used. Any exceptions must be approved by the Purchasing Department, which will provide the suppleir with the logo and usage guidelines. The Facilities Design and Capital Purchasing Department will approve suppliers and logo usage for such items as building signage and vehicle decals.
