Overview
To get started, sign into Spark, then go the “Learning Center”, and select “Centerplate University”. Once the page loads, click on “My Learning“, then “Certifications“, then “2019 Training Plan“. (Click on Image for a sample)
While each team member is ultimately responsible for his or her individual success, Unit General Managers will continue to closely monitor training hours in order to ensure all of their respective team members meet the minimum requirements. The Centerplate Corporate Hospitality Support Center will also provide centralized support for these company-wide initiatives.
ALL assigned coursework must be completed and will be taken into consideration during the annual assessment process.

System Requirements
Windows machines:
- Most current version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox
- Most current version of Java installed with all other versions fully removed
- Most current version of Adobe Flash installed
- Pop-up blocker disabled
- Third-party toolbars disabled
Bandwidth
If you are having buffering issues with these courses please verify with your IT department that you have adequate bandwidth. You may also change the “Video Quality” at the bottom of the course screen. This will lower the amount of bandwidth it takes to run the course.
