Job descriptions are an essential component of the recruitment, on-boarding and performance management processes.
Jobs are always subject to change, based on personal growth, organizational development and the evolution of new technologies. A flexible job description encourages employees to grow within their position and contribute over time to our overall business.
You will notice that Centerplate’s job descriptions have evolved from a task-based format to a capabilities-based format. This includes a description of the relationships and roles within the company, including supervisory positions, subordinating roles and other working relationships within each job family, as well as expected behaviors and training standards.
It is our vision that these written summaries will assist in ensuring that Centerplate applicants and employees understand the core responsibilities within their roles and what they will be held accountable for.
